FAQ

Can I pick up my product?

YES! If you would like to pick up your order, simply purchase online and select 'Pick Up' at the checkout section or purchase in-store. The warehouse for pick up is in Caloundra West.

If you have a preferred pick-up time, please contact us prior to your purchase to make sure we have your item in stock. Depending on product availability, items are ready to be picked up within 24 hours to 7 days.

Can I test the mattresses prior to buying?

Yes, while we mainly operate online, we do have our complete bed range on display in our showroom in Caloundra West for you to try.

Can you take my old mattress away?

Unfortuantely we are unable to remove old mattresses. However, great removal services we can recommend are: Pic-Up, Air Tasker or 1800-Got-Junk.

When can I expect my order be delivered?

Delivery scheduling is subject to product availability and the postcode of the shipping destination.

Brisbane: Please allow 1 to 7 days for delivery from date of purchase

Sunshine Coast: We offer prompt delivery to the Sunshine Coast (within 48 hours)

Gold Coast: Please allow 1 to 7 days for delivery from date of purchase
