At Brisbane Bedding, we will gladly refund items in unused, original condition and packaging. We have a 7-day returns policy, meaning any return requests must be initiated within 7-days from the date the product is received. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Delivery charges for the return will be at the customer’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been slept on are not eligible for a return.
Items that have been unused and are in their original condition and packaging (plastic bag must be sealed and undamaged) may qualify for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, mattresses must also be free from stains, smells, tears or any other damage that might occur while it is in your possession.
Products may qualify for a partial refund if the plastic bag was opened but the mattress not used. The mattress must be unsoiled, free from stains, smells, tears or other damage to qualify for a partial refund.
We may ask you to provide photos of the product in question and we may also organise an assessor to inspect the purchased item. Brisbane Bedding has the right to refuse products that have been damaged or soiled, including smells or traces of pets, while stored at your home.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Ex-stock/ex-display mattresses, mattresses sold ‘As Is’ with damage that has been brought to the customer’s attention prior to buying, bed bases and frames are excluded from returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item. You will be notified once a decision has been made about your claim.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds of items purchased on Afterpay incur a 7% charge of the purchase price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your purchased mattress doesn’t satisfy your sleep needs entirely, we are happy to help you find a more suitable mattress. We encourage you to try our products in-store whenever possible to get a good feel of the product and receive all the information necessary to make an informed decision prior to purchasing. If you can’t make it to any of our showrooms, we encourage you to get in touch with us over the phone, email or online chat to get some advice on our product range.
The fastest way to ensure your exchange will be successful, is to request an exchange of the item, and once the return of your original purchased item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new mattress.

We are unable to exchange mattresses that have been slept on without the use of an industry standard mattress protector. The mattress must be in its original condition, unsoiled, free from stains, tears, smells or other damage to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges are limited to one exchange per purchase. The difference in price between your new mattress and the original purchase will need to be settled prior to the delivery of your new mattress.
We do not offer change-of-mind exchanges. Ex-stock/ex-display mattresses, mattresses sold ‘As Is’ with damage the customer has been aware of prior to buying are exempt from exchanges.
Please choose carefully when purchasing your mattress. All exchanges are subject to Brisbane Bedding approval.
